We had a pleasant stay thanks to hotel's friendly and pleasant staff. The idea to include a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice. The bathroom had a bath, which was great.

Loved Mount Pleasant, the hotel was absolutely great in Dallas. Modern a double room was brand-new. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were provided. The location was comfy, within a close distance from Shadow Lakes Golf Course. Moreover, it was right by the gulf for years, store and several food outlets...

The room was clean, and I appreciated having a microwave and fridge. The outdoor entrance was quite convenient for unloading luggage. There were some issues. The TV remote didn't work, a bit frustrating, and the table in the room broke while we were packing. It was good that the front desk was understanding when I informed them. The bathroom felt cramped, and I noticed that some furnishings seemed outdated. Noise from the upstairs guests was noticeable, but overall I managed to get some decent rest. The location is walkable to IHOP and nearby dining options. The rate for the room was reasonable, but it seemed like upgrades are needed to match current expectations.

We enjoyed a clean room with comfortable beds and a working air-conditioning unit, crucial for our family visit. Plus, which the kids loved!

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom was cramped and needed updates.

So, I got in with my wife and the front desk guy was really friendly, helped us out right away. The cool part was the maid service was daily and they were on point-always helpful!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we needed.

Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, laundry, and air conditioning. I remember my first stay well, as the staff gladly helped return my shower bag. I'll definitely be back for a new year!

The beds were pretty comfy, and we appreciated that the room was clean. The location gave us a chance to visit the nearby golf course, which the kids enjoyed while we relaxed and soaked in the atmosphere.
